Meeting with the Vocational Future
On June 6, our Denham School school was the scene of an enriching university fair, where secondary school students had the valuable opportunity to explore different academic and vocational alternatives for their future.
The activity brought together outstanding houses of study and institutions of higher education, including:
Universidad de Santiago de Chile (USACH)
Universidad Andrés Bello (UNAB)
Universidad de las Américas (UDLA)
Instituto Profesional San Sebastián
Preuniversitario Pedro de Valdivia
During the day, the students of 3rd and 4th media were able to interact directly with representatives of each institution, ask questions, receive vocational guidance, to know the different careers, student benefits and forms of income, as well as discover new areas of interest that perhaps had not considered.
In addition, this instance allowed students to reflect on their skills, motivations and the impact they want to generate in society through their future profession.
The fair was a valuable space to connect personal interests with real training possibilities, encouraging informed and conscious decision making in this key stage of school life.
We thank all the participating institutions for their willingness and commitment, and especially our students for their active participation and enthusiasm. We continue working together to build a future full of opportunities!
